Esther Müller-Schmidt

 

With her unique textile creations, Esther Müller-Schmidt combines the best of two worlds, giving birth to an entirely new and at the same time ageless design statement in the field of interior design.

Bold tones and fascinating patterns are characteristic of her latest "Fashion Pillows" collection – inspired by her African roots and coined by an exceptional interdisciplinary way of using materials and colours.

Already as a young girl, Esther Müller-Schmidt discovered her affinity towards textiles. She learned the basics on her mother's sewing machine and soon was creating her first interior and fashion items.

Esther Müller-Schmidt compliments her talent and sense of aesthetics with solid interior design training. Permanent presence at international design fairs and fashion shows keep inspiring her creativity.

Esther Müller-Schmidt lives and works in Hamburg. She is married and has three daughters. Apart from her evolution as an interior designer, she completed economic and language studies and worked for several years in the IT industry. Today, she solely focuses on her passion for interiors.
